We use a number of different delivery methods to ensure that your order arrives with you safely and in good time, but all usually acheive the following:-
STANDARD DELIVERY
usually takes between 2 to 7 working days to arrive.
ENHANCED DELIVERY
usually takes between 1 to 4 working days to arrive.
When an order is placed via our website, we will usually acknowledge receipt of this via an e-mail. We do not however enter a contract with you until we accept your order. This is done when your goods are dispatched. You will be notified of this by e-mail when dispatch has occurred.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible following receipt of cleared funds in full payment. Whilst every effort will be made to honour any delivery dates, these should be treated as an estimate only. We cannot accept any liability for any failure to deliver within these estimated times.
Your order may be split into a number of separate parcels in order to speed up delivery. If this happens the postage and packing fee charged will remain as originally notified.
If for any reason a customer is unable to accept delivery of any goods ordered at the time when they are due and ready for delivery, and the goods are subsequently returned to us, a £10:00 administration charge will be levied. Further arrangements for delivery will only be made when any outstanding costs or other amounts have been fully paid and then at the sole additional expense of the customer. The date of the original invoice raised will not be amended.
